Privacy Policy

We know how important it is to protect your personal data.
When we ask for any personal data, or give you the opportunity
to supply such data, it is solely to provide the service
or information you have requested.
2. We do not give personal data to third parties, unless
required to do so by law or as you may otherwise consent,
but we may share it within our company and within The ICD
Partnership Ltd. This may include our employees, agents,
contractors and sub-contractors.
3. We may change our privacy policies from time to time,
in which case we will post the changes on this page so that
you are always aware of our policies.
In addition to any personal data supplied by you, we may
collect the following information:
(a) Site visits. We collect information on the pages you
access. This is then used to help us develop the design
and layout of our sites. This includes information on the
relative popularity of each page, the average number of
pages accessed, the number of e-mails sent or files downloaded,
and the average time spent on the site. None of this information
is linked back to you as an individual.
(b) E-mail addresses. If you supply an e-mail address to
us, it is kept in confidence and used solely to answer your
enquiry or to comply with your request. We retain the content
of the form or e-mail, the e-mail address and our response.
This enables us to retain an audit trail of our contact
and provide you with the product, service or information
you may have requested.
(c) Telephone numbers. If you request a telephone call you
consent to us using the information provided. In addition,
we will ask for a contact telephone number on general enquiry
forms which will allow us to contact you if we encounter
problems with e-mail. We will only contact you by telephone
between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday unless
you consent to or request contact outside those hours.
(d) Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information sent
by websites to the browser on your computer’s hard
drive. Our cookies are used to keep track of your online
session, they are maintained only throughout one session
on the site and automatically expire after 15 minutes. Our
cookies do not collect any personal identifying information
or confidential information such as passwords or policy
numbers. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies,
although you can choose not to accept them. By doing so,
some parts of our website will not function as designed.
You can change the settings on your browser so you will
be given a warning before cookies are used, along with the
option to use them or not, or you can disable cookies as

completion, to ensure that your personal data does not appear

accept any liability for your failure to do so.
Data Protection Act 1998: We are obliged to comply with
the Data Protection Act 1998. Under this Act you are entitled
to request a copy of the information we hold about you and
if the details are inaccurate, you may request that we amend
them. You should do so by writing to: The ICD Partnership
Limited. Birklea, Perth Road, Dunblane, FK15 0EZ. Please
note, under the Act we are entitled to charge a fee for
any such request.
Third party websites are not covered by our privacy policies.
We will never ask you for security information. If you receive
such an e-mail you should delete it immediately without
responding.
